In January 2014 I was overweight (177cm/116kg) and unhappy with my lifestyle. I decided to do something about it. Get fit, loose weight and improve the quality of my life. I hope this blog helps to and inspires other to make to make that life changing decision. It's not easy, but it's more than doable and the rewards are priceless.
